PSA Flyering and Postering by YouPenn

PSA offers publicity services to advertise for both on- and off-campus organizations, clubs, and companies. The postering provided targets the student body at Penn, as well as faculty and employees. It is important to note that it is the practice of PSA to place several posters together in the same location thereby reducing the chance of posters being covered-up. If you would prefer that your posters be spaced out individually, please make a note of that when placing your order.

NEW! Cheap Black & White Copy Service

We are offering the lowest price on campus for Black & White copying at only $0.05 per page and $0.10 per page on colored paper. Stop by the PSA Office at Williams Hall Room 117 to get started. We are open Monday-Friday from 10AM-6PM.

Academic Postering

Two hundred posters are distributed throughout the following areas:

• 2nd Floor and Plaza Level of Williams Hall
• 2nd and 3rd Floors of Logan Hall
• Basement of Houston Hall
• 1st Floor of Fisher-Bennett Hall
• Basement of Steinberg Hall-Dietrich Hall

Wharton Postering

Two hundred posters are distributed throughout Huntsman, Steinberg-Deitrich, Lauder-Fisher and Vance Halls.$200.00

Mail Folder Stuffing

Five hundred flyers are stuffed into the Wharton mail folders. $300.00

Customized Postering

If you'd like postering for a specific section of campus that does not fall into one of our listed postering offerings, please contact us at psa@dolphin.upenn.eduPSA to discuss pricing options. Please note, posters cannot be placed in residential areas aside from those listed above. Posters can also not be placed in Lynch Laboratory due to restricted access. It is the policy of PSA to adhere to the Univerity's strict postering guidelines. Any groups or individuals that choose to ignore these guidelines may be subject to fines.

Black & White Printing

Email your document along with the order form. Prices include printing and postering.  All pricing is for standard 8.5 x 11 letter paper.

The costs are as follows:

• Full-Campus: $350.00
• Residential, Academic, or Wharton: $250.00

Color Printing

Email your document along with the order form. Prices include printing and postering.

The costs are as follows:

• Full-Campus: $500.00
• Residential, Academic, or Wharton: $400.00

How to Order

Download and complete the publicity services order form and fax it to 215-898-0920 or email it to psa@dolphin.upenn.edu.

For additional ordering information call 215-898-6815. Allow at least five business for the postering project to be completed. Posters must be delivered to PSA office at 117 Williams Hall. Business hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm excluding University holidays and breaks.
