PSA carries Penn gifts such as bears and banners. These items are all available at the PSA Store located at 117 Williams Hall. They can also be purchased by calling us at 215-898-6815 or placing an online order.

Penn Banner
The felt Penn class banner is available for all current classes. It can also be special
ordered to reflect a customized message. When ordering a custom banner, be sure to add how you would like the banner to read in the notes section upon checkout. Custom banners take up to six weeks to process.

How to Order
To order an item, add the item to your online shopping cart or call us at 215-898-6815. Items are also available at the PSA Store in 117 Williams Hall. Items purchased online are shipped to the shipping address provided upon check out via the United States Postal Service. Shipping is done for free!
Payment Methods
PSA accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, check, Penncash, Bursar and budget code. Please make all checks payable to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania. Note, check, Penncash, Bursar and budget code payments cannot be taken online.
Refunds
Penn Student Agencies does not provide refunds for custom banners. All other items items, can be returned, unused, for a full refund. Items purchased via cash will be refunded with cash. Items purchased via check will be refunded with cash after allowing 14 business days for the check to clear. Items purchased via Bursar, Penncash, Visa, Mastercard and Amex will be refunded to the account that was originally charged.
