Let us do the dirty work! firstServices lets you choose from two convenient options: delivery service to your dorm room or drop-off service at two campus locations.

Delivery Service
The ultimate in convenience, we offer laundry delivery service to and from your dorm room for only $1.95 per pound. Simply enter a pickup request on our website whenever you want your laundry done, and leave your laundry bag outside your door during our pickup hours (1-3pm) on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays. We’ll then deliver your bag back to your room on the next laundry day between 5-7pm. It’s as easy as that!

Drop-off Service
firstServices has two convenient drop-off locations on campus at the Hill College House mail room and the PSA Store at 117 Williams Hall. Simply drop off your laundry bag by Monday, Wednesday, or Friday afternoon, and it will be ready for pickup on the next laundry day! Only $1.15 per pound!

How it works
Laundry service days are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the fall and spring semesters. Laundry is returned to the customer within one service day. For example, laundry picked up on Monday is returned on Wednesday, laundry picked up on Wednesday is returned on Friday, and laundry picked up on Friday is returned on Monday.

Laundry Bags
Each customer gets up to two free laundry bags at signup. The laundry in each bag is washed together, allowing the customer to decide which items to sort. With two laundry bags customers can place darks in one bag and whites in another. Clothes are washed in cold water and dried with medium heat. Want it done differently? Just stick a note in the bag with special instructions, and we'll take care of the rest!
